This is the second part of your sales opportunity analysis, the property-profile. The following form requires quite a bit of information. Your ability to quickly sell your property will ultimately be determined by the type of financing you are able to offer your buyers.

Depending on your existing mortgage situation we can determine alternatives for a very workable structure for the deal with you and your ultimate buyers. This form is much easier to complete if you have your closing documents from your property financing available.
